東方靈異入感 ~ Virtual responsive to Reality
A festival is held in Gensôkyô for way too long. Can you stop it? In this game, we propose you to incarn Reimu Hakurei in a VR experience, and to discover and smash the festival with the help of her Yin-Yang Orb. Be careful of Yukari, though!
This game is our submission for the Touhou game Jam 6, with the theme “Combo”.
Note : For those who don't have VR you can find a video showing the game.
There are Unfortunately some technical errors in the build, however you should be able to run it perfectly through a Unity Editor "EiZiscene", you can find all the assets of the game in its github, here : Geoodees/Touhou-Reiijukan-Virtual-Responsive-to-Reality: VR Experience for HTC Vive with destructable enviroment (github.com)
We are still working on it and will submit an nice executable for you all to enjoy in the near future!

The current build has limited controller functionality but the full experience is available in the Unity Editor!

To experience the full game. Follow these 5 easy steps!
1.Get a VR headset (HTC Vive was the only one we were able to test)
2.Downloade Unity Editor 2019.4.9f1

4.Open up "Eizi Scene" Unity scene.
5.Run the game.

I keep getting a bug. The ball won’t bounce.

Do you think you can give me more detail?
Does the ball not bounce at the beginning of the game? When you hit the ball does it just roll? When you hit an object does it ricochet? When you hit the ball what part of the staff do you hit?
This the first time I've gotten feedback for a glitch of any sort for all of my games. That is to say regarding something that I was not aware of. So I'm interested to see what I can do.
The chances of me fixing it are proportional to the amount of information you can provide
Hey, thanks for going through the troubleshooting to get this working! I was finally able to play it without any issues, and it works fine on Index.
Being able to interact with things means I could hear that extra song on the radio (which is another great track), and seeing the characters up close was nice, I like greenscarf's art style.
This is a great little sandbox map, and even though there are plenty of games based on smashing stuff in VR, we need more games that have tons of physics props collapsing like this. In other words, knocking down the shrine pillars is a good moment. Having an orb to launch and watch bounce around and break stuff is also a great mechanic that I don't think I've really seen as a focus in a VR game yet either.
