Quick Music update

A very small update for Touhou Reiijukan.

All changes are for music. 

Adding in a very peaceful shrine song to bring ambiance to the scene created by a new contributor ae86bits.

As well as a new volume balance for the game's soundtrack which will help other sounds come through in the current version and in future versions of the game.

A simple change but worthy of mention for their contributions.
